Hi, I am Bryan Vance — a Southern Ohio real estate agent, proud United States Marine veteran, and lifelong resident of this region I am honored to call home.
I grew up in Blanchester, Clinton County, Ohio — right in the heart of Southern Ohio — so when I tell you I know this area I mean it in the most personal way possible. These are my communities, my neighbors, and my home. That is not something you can learn from a real estate course or a market report. It comes from a lifetime of living it.
My Path To Real Estate
My journey to real estate was anything but straight and narrow — and I think that is exactly what makes me a better agent.
I proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps — one of the most defining experiences of my life. During my service I had the distinct honor of being stationed at Marine Barracks Washington DC — the oldest post in the entire Marine Corps. I served in the first Gulf War in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, completed a tour at 29 Palms, California, and did two deployments to Okinawa, Japan. The discipline, integrity, and commitment to service that the Marine Corps instilled in me are values I carry into everything I do — including every real estate transaction I am part of.
After the Marine Corps I spent years in the coffee industry working with two regional coffee roasting companies before launching and operating my own coffee business from 2008 until 2015. Running a small business from the ground up taught me the real value of hard work, genuine customer relationships, and doing things the right way every single time.
In 2015 I made the move into real estate alongside my wife and business partner Rene Vance — and I have never looked back.

A Little About Me Outside Of Real Estate
Rene and I live on our mini farm where we keep horses, tend a garden, and have recently gotten into freeze drying our own food. I enjoy brewing my own beer — something that requires patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment — qualities that come in surprisingly handy in real estate.
When we are not working or tending the farm we enjoy kayaking, staying active, traveling, and getting away to our Myrtle Beach condo whenever life allows. Southern Ohio is home and there is truly nowhere else I would rather be.
